森に行ったら虫刺されがひどくて・・・

いえいえ。もっと使えますよ。湿疹、じんま疹、あせも、その他痒いところに使えます。でも、細菌やウイルスに感染したところには使わないように注意して下さい。

No, no. It’s more useful. You can use it for eczema, hives, heat rash and other itchy spot. But be careful not to use it for the infected part with bacteria or virus.

主成分の「ステロイド」が免疫系を低下させてしまうことが考えられるからです。

Because the main ingredient　“steroid”　possibly decreases the immune system.
